For just $20 per player, you get a full 9-week season of competitive pickleball — play any day, any time, on any court across Charlotte and the surrounding region. With divisions for every skill level, from total beginners to 4.0+ advanced players, there's a league waiting for you.

Play
Play on Your Schedule - Once the season kicks off, your league standings and opponent list will go live. From there, it’s simple: Propose a match, accept a challenge, and hit the court. After the final point, record your scores directly on the site. You decide when and where you play—total flexibility for the busy athlete.
Stay Up To Date
9 Weeks. Unlimited Action. Every season lasts nine weeks, giving you plenty of time to climb the ranks. Use the Player Portal to track the standings and challenge opponents. There is no limit to how much you can play—the more matches you complete, the more points you earn. Play more, win more, and dominate the leaderboard!
Playoffs
The Road to the Finals - The season culminates in an elite playoff bracket. Depending on league size, at least the top 8 teams will advance to the post-season. The playoffs take place over a high-stakes 1-week window immediately following the regular season. CLT PBPL runs four seasons per year, so you can play pickleball in Charlotte year-round:

The CLT Footprint: CLT PBPL players compete across the entire Charlotte metro region. Matches are played at public courts, private clubs, and recreation centers in Charlotte, Ballantyne, Belmont, Concord, Gastonia, Huntersville, Indian Trail, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and beyond.
The league is open to men and women ages 18 and up. Players under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian. With skill-based divisions from 2.5 (beginner) to 4.0+ (advanced), every Charlotte pickleball player has a home in CLT PBPL.

Play on Your Schedule: Play pickleball any day, time, and location convenient for you. Play as frequently as you wish
Social Events: Paddle Battle arranges at least 2 social events each season for you to meet others in the league

Propose a Match: Enter your preferred date, time, and court. Your proposal goes live instantly, and an alert is sent to your fellow league members.
Accept & Sync: See a match that fits your schedule? Hit "Accept" to move it to your upcoming schedule. Our automated email system ensures both teams stay in the loop.
Play & Report: Once the best-of-3 match is over, enter your scores directly in the Portal.
Climb the Ranks: Watch the leaderboard update immediately. Our proprietary software auto-calculates the standings so you know exactly where you stand.
Join & Pair Up: Select your division and sign up with a partner. Don't have one? No problem! Register as a "Free Agent" and we will help find the perfect partner for your skill level.
Own Your Schedule: During our 9-week regular season, you have total flexibility. Use our Player Portal to propose matches at your preferred time and location, or accept matches posted by other teams. There is no limit—play as little or as much as you want!
Play Anywhere: Matches can take place at any court in the Charlotte area — public parks, private clubs, recreation centers, or any outdoor or indoor court you and your opponent agree on. No home court required.
Score & Climb: After your best-of-3 match, enter your scores online. Our system rewards you for every game: you earn points for wins, games won, and point differentials. The more you play, the higher you climb.
The Post-Season: At the end of 9 weeks, top teams move on to the Playoffs. The bracket is set by the league, and the last team standing wins the championship and the prizes!
